About Myrah
Runa – one who lives in harmony with the Earth (Quechua)
Aruna – the fire of awakening, the light of truth (Sanskrit)
Aruna Healing Arts was born as a temple/school to share Earth-based healing, sacred ritual, and intuitive guidance. This happens through individual sessions with different healing techniques, group ceremonies and retreat, and longer trajectories to learn from a plant teacher. With Aruna Healing Art, I weave together lineages of plant medicine, feminine wisdom, and ancestral memory to offer spaces where people can heal with Nature herself.
Who am I?
My name is Myrah, and I am devoted to our Pachamita, Mother Earth, and the healing wisdom of plants and the heart. I weave together.the worlds of ceremony, different therapies & bodywork, intuition, community and embodied presence, and it is my joy and honor to accompany you on your own sacred path of remembrance.
I’ve been on this journey for 7 years, always learning more and deepening my connection with the Earth. I have been trained and initiated in various traditions – Shipibo, Lakota, Yoga… – and am an eternal student. Learning from these wisdom traditions, and passing it on, is my passion.
My work is grounded, heart-centered, and infused with the songs of the forest & the mountains, the waters of the Earth, and the breath of the plants.

Recently, I had the pleasure of participating in this magnificent journey with the cacao and Bobinsana plants proposed by Myrah. A beautiful initiation and connection with these magnificent plants. (and at the same time preparation for future diets that will come my way). The setting offered to me during this wonderful “Path of the Heart” still leaves me with a feeling of lightness and gentleness. 🪶 Like a feeling of “welcome home”. The energy of these beautiful plants, which accompanied us all the way, was a great teacher. The small group we were, this feeling of family, moving together towards the same goal of “being closer to ourselves, to our hearts, listening to our emotions” still warms my heart. All these beautiful encounters, this sharing, this support between us all, but also this beautiful accompaniment that was offered to us by the host of this wonderful journey.

Pad van het hart:Ik ben heel dankbaar voor de prachtige begeleiding van Myrah met bobinsana en cacao. Myrah voelt alles in het diepste van haar hart en weet waarover ze spreekt. De taal die ze spreekt, voelt mijn hartje enorm. Myrah is heel erg betrokken bij de person die ze begeleidt en doet dat met al haar liefde. Je kan haar alles vertellen en ze steunt je volledig in je proces. Je word elke dag ondersteund door haar liefde en open communicatie. Alles wordt heel duidelijk uitgelegd. Je krijgt meditaties en verschillende opnames die je kan beluisteren over verschillende thema’s die enorm helend en sterkend gewerkt hebben voor mij. Ik raad het Iedereen ten harte aan! Myrah created such a beautiful, held and safe container for us to connect with the plant spirits and with ourselves throughout this social dieta. Her connection with the plants and her wisdom feel very present and are a guiding light throughout this process - both in the group sessions as in the one-on-one moment. There is both a gentle and direct, precise energy to what she brings, which makes the support deepening and nourishing.
Myrah is a true healer. She’s an amazing guide of the spirits, whether they seem ‘small’ or ‘big’. She helps us go through feelings and events that might be hard to process, giving and holding space for everything we maybe even weren’t aware of before. All with care over body and soul, and all spirits surrounding us. I’m honoured to have her in my life, as a friend, a sister, a guide, a healer. To see her grow in her healing practices, to see how she makes space to let other people grow, to feel how she has and continues to make me grow.
