About Us
WHO AM I
My birth name is Myrah. I love the Earth, I love humanity and our potential, I love our Heart ; and that is what I dedicate myself to.
I am a student of the plants, learning to listen and walk with grace. With Aruna Healing Arts I aim to create spaces for transformation, in gentle and safe ways, where you can unfold in your essence and soul mission.
I am a creative soul, weaving song & beauty into my life and my work, and awakening this creative potential in others. I love to work with both men and women: in our circles we create community, family, a self-supporting web of healing, learning, opening, loving.
We walk each other home & create villages of care again.
꩜ A little about the path I walked so far ꩜
I am a space holder, guide, and apprentice on the path of deep listening to Earth and Spirit. Since 2019, I have been devoted to the study and practice of ancient plant wisdom and spiritual traditions, especially those rooted in the Peruvian Amazon, where I train regularly with Shipibo medicine women at the center Jakon Rate.
My path is shaped by immersion in plant dietas, sacred ceremony, and Indigenous teachings, as well as community circles, singing together around the fire, deep nature connection, and studies in energy work, body-based healing, and voice liberation.
With a background in Anthropology, Conflict Studies, and Education, I weave academic insight with intuitive, earth-based practices. I also walk the path of initiation within the Andean Q’ero tradition, am trained in Lakota sweatlodges and Vision Quests, and deeply study meditation, Yoga & Qi Gong.
Through my work—whether in one-on-one sessions, retreats, or plant medicine ceremonies—I holds space for transformation, inviting you into deeper connection with yourself and the living web of life.
“My mission is to support people in reconnecting with their true Nature, healing your inner landscape, through connection with Nature and Spirit.”
We all heal together with the Earth – and together we heal the Earth. ♥
